He contacted my insurance and was able to handle everything without much anything from me which was really nice because it allowed me to be a lot less stressed. SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas came out to my home and put an estimate together for a fire that started next door. I had a few other companies come out but the guy that came out seemed to know a lot more than the other guys. Not only that but he did what he said and he was right, also my wife had a lot of questions as the project proceeded and he always answered or called back

My neighbor had a fire loss and I was out of the country but all my items where affected by the smoke damage. The SERVPRO guy came out and let me know exactly what I needed to do to begin the process.  I called and filed a claim on my renters policy and was able to get all my furniture taken to there warehouse and cleaned.  My cloths were taken by a dry cleaner.  It took over a month until my unit was finally ready to move back in but SERVPRO saved all my valuable items.

SERVPRO came right out, gave me an estimate for smoke damage and was able to come out the next day and take all my items to there warehouse where they cleaned and saved almost everything minus a few old fabricated chairs.

This company does a great job of cleaning up fire and smoke damage. They are fast and leave no trail of smoke or ash behind.

Talk about getting the job done! I manage an apartment building and needed some restoration work done on a few units, mainly duct cleaning due to smoke damage. SERVPRO got it done quick!
