We also record the dry down process and show customers our readings to ensure proper drying of the water-damaged areas are taking place.  In this photo a homeowner had a water leak coming from above, who then called SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas to come inspect and mitigate the situation.  A SERVPRO technician is recording and documenting the areas while another technician is preparing the ceiling for an inspection cut by setting a water containment barrier to keep the debris down.  The owner was happy to know that whatever happened SERVPRO was there to make it "Like it never even happened."
