Las Vegas has some interesting water. We actually have such hard water then over a less period of time this hard water can corrode pipes, angle stops, water heaters and valves we use on a daily.  When pipes get corroded they burst causing sometimes massive amounts of water. This is one of our air movers we use, with a dehumidifier, to help with the dry down.  It is very important to have the right equipment and most important to know how to use it.
