A small leak under the sink caused a much needed mold remediation in this townhouse located in Las Vegas.  SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas was able to get out on site and discovered the mold right away, came up with a game plan, presented it to the homeowner and before you knew it we were starting the remediation process the next day.  The photo shows one of our many containments.  We were able to contain the kitchen, protected the other areas of the home from lose spores and also protect the upper cabinets with our plastic. The following was a layout of the job details.

Day1. Contain and prep the area, start demo

Day2. Finish Demo, Final clean

Day3. Post testing

Day4. Received results back, passed post testing.

The homeowner was please with the work done and ready for build back the following week.
