SERVPRO has been in the cleanup and remediation industry for over 50 years. If SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas suspects mold then we will let the homeowner know immediately and if we find a sufficient amount then a remediation will be performed. SERVPRO of Southwest wants to make sure that you are protected and safe from any kind of dangers and we treat every mold remediation as if we are doing work on our own properties. In this photo is shown a water damage project but as SERVPRO was removing drywall we begin to find mold. SERVPRO immediately covered the area (protecting the unaffected areas) and advised the homeowner. SERVPRO set a proper containment and properly remediated the mold. SERVPRO hired an environmentalist to perform a post testing, the post testing results came back and SERVPRO passed. The homeowner was very happy with the quick response and knowledge our technicians had and most importantly very happy that the property was remediated.
