Storm Damage Las Vegas

Everyone know that when it rains in Las Vegas it can be unpredictable, random and come at multiple angles. This can be trouble for homes / commercial building new or old and that trouble can be hidden and over time cause mold in multiple places throughout the home.  In the before photo SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas pulled baseboard to inspect the one of the said areas of concern and found a type of black mold present.  The area(s) were contained and mold remediation began. The project took 3 days of detailed cleaning and remediation and was ready for post testing on day 4. The after photo shows the wall after the cleaning and after the report came back negative. The building owner was impressed with the knowledge SERVPRO had in regards to mold and treating it properly.
