Water Damage Las Vegas

This water damaged ceiling located in Las Vegas Nevada was the result of decayed grout over time.  Notice the extent of the water damage; the water damage wasn't much but over time could lead to possible mold and electrical damage.  Because SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas got out immediately and solved the problem we were able to dry it in place saving the customer money and the hassle of filing a claim. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and he was thrilled with the results! The after picture was taking one day following the water loss and as you can see those dark wet areas are now dry. (Photo taken with our infrared)
