Water Damage Las Vegas
Water damage can strike at any moment. Things to remember before you decide to travel out of town for an extended period of time are to always turn off the water source to the house and have a neighbor, family member or trusted friend check on things at least 1 to 3 times a week. Sometimes you can do everything possible to stop a disaster from happening but for owners who live in an attached condo/townhouse/apartment a neighbor can have a water loss that affects your living area regardless. In this photo a neighbor had a flooded apartment and luckily the homeowner caught the situation and immediately called SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas to mitigate the area. Because the water leak occurred 4 days prior SERVPRO made an inspection hole to insure secondary damages hadn't taken place. The area was clean and the owner was relieved that no other damages occurred.
