Condominium water damage, Las Vegas

When water gets trapped behind the wall mold can form as quickly as 72 hours.  In some cases a leak can be hidden behind a wall and over time the damage can spread to multiple areas.  In the before photo it shows a pipe exposed that was leaking for a long period of time and spread to a bathroom and guest bedroom causing a large amount of damage.  Unfortunately the homeowner was away for a few months and unaware of the situation.  SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas was called to clean up the situation. The after photo shows the amount of drywall cut to properly mitigate the property and prepare the unit for build back.
