Apartment complexes are a good trap for mold and can be hard to stop.  When areas affected by water aren't dried down properly mold can form and when the area isn't fixed the area can spread and grow and over time the small situation can become big.  Mold can be very dangerous and affect your health.  In this situation the tenant was getting sick and when they visited the doctor they were told of possible mold being the issue.  SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas was called out to the complex and was able to remediate the situation.
