Monsoon season in Las Vegas usually lasts for 2-3 months here in Vegas (July-September).  When it rains it can poor and when it poor’s water likes to find will eventually find its way into a structure.  In this location the rain did just that and because it wasn’t dried out properly or fixed, it happened over and over again.  Soon mold spores began to form and SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas was called to handle the situation. With the hectic schedule of the tenants SERVPRO had to handle each area with care and at different times. After a week and a half the property was ready for testing and because of the attention to detail from SERVPRO, SERVPRO was able to pass the post testing and the property was ready for build back.
