SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas was called out to handle a water loss located in a child's bathroom. When on site the crew chief noticed microbial growth behind the baseboard. It was brought to our attention that multiple family members had asthma issues.  Because SERVPRO is always prepared for anything our crew chief was able to contain the area and set and air scrubber to filter the air in the affected area. Demo was done that day, the final demo and cleaning the next and post testing was done after. In the before photo we see the crew chief showing the affected area.  The after photo shows the mold found hidden in the wall.
